Comments: Well from what was a really good Tuesday run two days ago, the start of this run was a real struggle. Shins and all the way round the inside of my legs did not want to know at all. However, stubborn as I am, kept going. They eased as I expected them too. I really noticed the extra energy I seemed to have for the first 2.5M. Essentially that mean that the second half was tough.

Seeing a physo in a week who also does gait analysis, so I'm hoping he'll be able to help.
It may be all in my head, but the recovery shake I had after Tues run seemed to help on Wednesday.
